The Marshall University School of Art and Design and the Tri-State Arts Association have teamed up to offer a monthly community figure drawing session. The facilitated session offers a draped or costumed model in several poses during the session, and presents an opportunity for informal exchange among attendees regarding their self-directed work. Attendees bring their own materials. / No prior experience is required. Ages 13 to 15 are welcome with a parent. Sixteen and older may attend independently. The cost is $10 for community participants. MU students and TSAA members have free admission. No pre-registration is required. / The sessions are scheduled for the second Monday each month from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm at Marshall University's Visual Arts Center (927 Third Avenue) in downtown Huntington across from Pullman Square.
